I brought my Subaru Forester here after an accident. I brought it to a different shop and they only fixed the cosmetic of the bumper that wasn't OEM. I knew the parking sensors were broken but they failed to listen to my concern. I left very frustrated and wanted to take it a certified Subaru repair shop, which is how I found Farrish Fairfax Auto Body. I worked with Gary who listened to my situation and understood what the issue was and worked with the insurance to make sure we can get my vehicle fixed. I really appreciated Gary's follow up and due diligence as this process took a long time. He explained each step of the process and helped me figure out how to fill the gap for portions of the cost that insurance wouldn't be covering. In this highly stressful situation, I really felt reassured by Gary's competence and support. They also have a Enterprise nearby which they work close with for seamless pick-ups and drop-offs. I was very happy to receive my car back and they fixed everything with a detailed invoice. My parking sensors are working again and it's reassuring to know that they back their work by a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend this shop and definitely a shout out to Gary Estevez for helping me get my car back on the road.

They took the time to assess the damage properly and fixed it up rather fast, giving updates along the way so I knew what the timeline was looking like. Got my car back in great shape and they even gave it a good wash. Took my Jeep in after being rear-ended and I felt very comfortable with my car in their care. The repairs took longer than anticipated as we waited on the insurance company to get back to them on covering repair costs but as soon as that was squared away, they got to work. They were very communicative, letting me know exactly what was going on almost weekly even during the busy holiday season. I trusted that they had my best interest in mind. Seriously grateful for Chris, Mike and the the front desk/admin team. This was my first time dealing with a collision and I'm grateful for their patience and honesty. I was told "hope we don't see you again" when I picked up my car, which in any other context would've been awful but it was perfect for this one. Thank you all for easing my car anxiety!

No one likes having to take their care to an auto body shop and I am sad to say I have been a too-frequent customer. I would, however, not take my car to any other auto body shop. Every experience, every interaction has been excellent. How many places, let alone auto body shops can you say that about? They understand customer service the old fashioned way.

As a single, old lady, I hesitate to enter a business because I usually become invisible. This was not the case with Farrish Fairfax Auto Body. My request was simple...my Crosstrek needed to be detailed. From the beginning I was treated as a valued customer .....from the receptionist to the manager to Kyle who would be in charge of detailing my Crosstrek. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this shop. We brought our car in after it was hit and specifically went here as a recommendation from our Subaru dealer. They have extensive knowledge of Subarus and it was obvious after getting our car back how much they know. Mike and his team us treated us with respect and constant communication throughout the process. It’s never easy to have your car hit and in the shop, but they helped walk us through the process and give us peace of mind so it was less stressful. We were so happy to have picked Farrish Auto Body after our car was recently driven into by a UPS truck. From the beginning to end, the process to get it fixed with insurance was a bit of a nightmare but the one positive part of the experience was working with Mike and his team. They are incredibly professional and really know how to prioritize the customer. Definitely felt really taken care of with these guys. Went in when I got rear ended, everyone was great. Then, because sometimes things happen, just as everything was fixed a tow truck that came in to the shop hit my car. Things happen that are out of your control sometimes, so it’s about how you handle it. These guys were amazing. Called me right away, took care of the damage and covered my rental car. Just my luck to have someone hit my car when it was getting fixed for someone hitting my car. But I do feel incredibly lucky I had these guys to take care of me.
